Michael Jackson wax figure

Silicone lifelike figures (also known as silicone statues or silicone figures) are hyper-realistic lifelike dolls made primarily of medical/food-grade liquid silicone, serving as an upgraded alternative to traditional wax figures. Through advanced polymer technology and highly realistic sculpting techniques, they perfectly replicate the texture, elasticity, and expressive details of a real person, achieving a level of realism that is virtually indistinguishable from reality.

1.Core Advantages (Compared to Traditional Wax Figures)
Traditional wax figures are heat-sensitive, fragile, and untouchable, while silicone figures completely solve these problems:
Realistic Touch:Soft and elastic skin that bounces back when pressed, with a feel almost indistinguishable from a real person.
Durable and Sturdy:Resistant to drops, pinching, cracking, and deformation, allowing for close-range interaction.
Environmental Tolerance:Resistant to high and low temperatures (-120℃ to 230℃), requiring no constant temperature and humidity control, easy to store, and washable.
Safe and Environmentally Friendly:Made with non-toxic and odorless platinum-cured silicone, suitable for long-term display and close contact.

Realistic Details: Exquisitely recreates micro-textures such as pores, wrinkles, and subcutaneous blood vessels, resulting in more natural and long-lasting colors.

2.Production Process (Intricate and Complex, 3-6 Months)

Data Collection: A 360° scan and photograph of a real person is performed, precisely measuring hundreds of body data points and collecting skin color samples.

Sculpture Prototype: Sculptors create a 1:1 high-precision clay model, accurately depicting bones, muscles, and expressions.

Mold Reproduction: An outer mold is made using silicone or plaster, perfectly replicating the details of the clay model.

Injection Molding: Platinum liquid silicone is mixed and poured in, then vacuum-degassed and cured to form a hollow silicone embryo.

Detail Production:
Hair Implantation: Real human hair and eyebrows are manually implanted strand by strand.

Facial Features: High-simulation glass eyeballs and resin teeth are installed.

Makeup: Multiple layers of hand-painted coloring are applied, depicting blood vessels, freckles, and skin texture, recreating realistic skin tones.

Styling and Assembly: An internal alloy frame is used, allowing the model to wear realistic clothing and props and pose naturally.

3.Main Application Areas

Cultural Heritage and Exhibition Halls: Used in museums and memorial halls to recreate historical figures and scenes (e.g., wax museums, revolutionary memorial halls).

Film and Television Special Effects: Production of stunt doubles and special effects mannequins for high-risk filming scenes.

Medical Education: Production of anatomical models and surgical simulators.

Commercial Display: Brand ambassadors, celebrity dolls, high-end window displays.

Art Collection: Hyperrealistic art collections, custom-made commemorative portraits.
